Learn skills in our Cloud Computing Technology program to keep up with the fast-paced field of computer science. Through a broad understanding of cloud technology and its relationship to business processes, you’ll be able to design effective cloud environments—and ultimately become a strong asset in any organization.
At Laurel. we start with required core classes across computer programming, operating systems, databases and networking, and computer architecture. In addition to core IT skills, the program focuses on cloud technologies, security, networking, scripting, emerging technologies, and server administration. You will get hands-on experience with popular cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Canvas. You will also develop the knowledge and skills to migrate, deploy, test, optimize, troubleshoot, and manage cloud-based solutions for various scenarios.
Learners will also gain skills in conducting risk analysis and risk management in alignment with disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
