Before filing a complaint, students are encouraged to first review the school catalog section, Grievance Procedure, for additional information on the process. Students who would like to file an official academic grievance or institutional complaint can do so by filling out the form below.

NC-SARA Complaint Form (for DE students)

Out-of-state Distance Education students who believe that the complaint has not been addressed satisfactorily and have fully exhausted the school’s grievance procedure, can then contact the State Portal Entity Contact for NC-SARA to file a complaint.
