In fact, our Financial Aid experts actively search for grants, scholarships, and different programs within the community to find money for our students. We also have a net price calculator, a useful tool designed to help you determine the approximate cost of attending Laurel. Keep in mind that net costs can vary significantly, depending on the amount of money you borrow and other factors.

PA Fostering Independence Tuition Waiver (FosterEd) Program
The FosterEd Program provides a waiver for tuition and mandatory fees charged by most postsecondary institutions located in the Commonwealth for youth who are or were in foster care.
This waiver applies only to charges that remain after all other gift aid (federal, state, and other scholarships or grants) have been applied to the student’s account.
This additional aid is offered through PHEAA. (Applying student must be a PA resident)
